Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By booking a call, purchasing a plan, or engaging Tejovex in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Tejovex

Tejovex is an AI automation agency providing content creation, workflow automation, email marketing, chatbot setup, and related digital services. We serve clients in the US, UK, Australia, and internationally.

2. Services

The specific services you receive are as described in the plan you purchase or the proposal agreed upon between you and Tejovex. Services include but are not limited to:

Social media content creation
Email newsletter writing
SEO blog article writing
AI chatbot setup and configuration
Workflow automation setup
Customer email reply templates

Tejovex reserves the right to adjust or modify service offerings with reasonable notice.

3. Payment Terms

Monthly subscription plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
One-time service fees are payable in full before work begins.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed securely via Wise or other agreed payment methods.
All fees are non-refundable once delivery has commenced, except as stated in our refund policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no penalty. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive services until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.

To cancel, email us at hello@tejovex.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription."

5. Revisions and Satisfaction

Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds as stated in the plan description. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Tejovex will make reasonable efforts to deliver content that meets your brief and brand guidelines.

If you are unsatisfied with a delivery, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue. Our goal is 100% client satisfaction.

6. Refund Policy

    Tejovex offers a satisfaction guarantee on first deliveries. If your first delivery
    does not meet the agreed brief, you may request a full revision or a refund within
    7 days of that first delivery. After the first delivery cycle, all fees are
    non-refundable.
  

7. Client Responsibilities

To receive the best results, you agree to:

Provide accurate brand information, guidelines, and feedback in a timely manner
Respond to requests for information within 5 business days
Ensure you own or have rights to any materials you provide to us
Use our deliverables only for lawful purposes

Delays in client feedback may result in delays in delivery. Tejovex is not liable for delays caused by the client.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all content and deliverables created by Tejovex for you become your property. You are free to use, modify, and publish them without restriction.

Tejovex retains the right to reference your project as part of our portfolio or case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. Tejovex will not share your business information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tejovex's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

11. No Guarantee of Results

While we work hard to deliver excellent results, Tejovex does not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, search rankings, or revenue increases. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to create content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
Infringes on third-party intellectual property
Is defamatory, harassing, or abusive
Violates any applicable law or regulation

Tejovex reserves the right to terminate services immediately if this clause is breached, without refund.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
